返品・返金ポリシー

当店（ぷらすストアー）の商品はすべて、ご注文を受けてから製造するオンデマンド印刷商品です。そのため、お客様のご都合による返品・交換はお受けできません。

【返品・返金をお受けできる場合】 ・商品に印刷不良、破損、汚損などの不具合があった場合 ・お届けした商品がご注文内容と異なる場合

上記に該当する場合は、商品お受け取りから30日以内に、下記の情報を添えてメールにてご連絡ください。

・ご注文番号 ・不具合の内容 ・商品の写真（不具合がわかるもの）

確認後、交換または返金にて対応いたします。

【対象外となる場合】 ・お客様のご都合による返品・交換 ・返品・交換の期限（30日）を過ぎた場合 ・使用済み・洗濯済みの商品

Return & Refund Policy

All products at PlusStore are made to order through on-demand printing. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons.

When we accept returns or refunds:

• The product has a printing defect, damage, or quality issue

• The product received is different from what was ordered

If the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following information:

• Your order number

• Description of the issue

• Photo(s) showing the defect or problem

We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing your request.

Not eligible for return:

• Returns or exchanges due to personal preference

• Requests made after 30 days of delivery

• Used or washed items
